Yes. Our pouches are built for hot-fill processes up to 85°C, handled by your filling line or contract packer. Suitable for hot sauces, broths, and ready-meal dressings. For acidic products (vinegar-based dressings, tomato sauces, citrus), we specify inner-layer chemistry matched to low-pH compatibility so seal integrity and flavour hold through shelf life. Tell us your product chemistry and fill process at quote stage and we'll match the substrate structure.
No. We don't supply retort-grade packaging. Retort processing uses temperatures above 121°C with pressure, requiring specialised foil-laminate substrates that aren't part of our range. Our pouches support hot-fill up to 85°C, which suits most retail condiments, sauces, and ambient-shelf-stable products. For retort-grade requirements, you'll need a supplier with foil-laminate capability.
