UK or EU production takes 15-20 working days from artwork approval. Asia takes 20-25 working days. Then add transit: 1-3 days within the UK, 7-10 days for EU road, around 10 days for Asia air, around 30 days for Asia rail and road, or around 50 days for Asia sea freight. Your total depends on where you produce and how you ship.

Five standard sizes cover 50g to 1.5kg. SUP-01 and SUP-02 suit light powders, capsule refill packs, and gummies. SUP-03 is built for 250g to 500g, the range that works for coffee, tea, and premium snacks. SUP-04 takes 500g to 1kg, which covers most retail. SUP-05 is the heavy option for 1kg to 1.5kg. In most cases, yes. Stand-up pouches can be specified in mono-PE for soft plastic recycling, PP/PE blended structures, or paper for paper recycling streams. High-barrier laminates, windows, valves, or specialty closures can affect the recycling status, so tell us your shelf-life and recyclability priorities at quote stage and we'll spec accordingly. Substrates accommodate OPRL labelling for member brands, general recycling marks, or your own brand symbols.
