Built for your filling line
Rollstock is printed film supplied on the roll, made to your web width, repeat length, and core size. It runs on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machinery. If you're producing at volume, or working with a co-packer or co-manufacturer who is, rollstock is the most efficient way to package sachets, stick packs, and pillow packs.

Rollstock runs across all three of our print technologies, and the right one depends on where you are. The £1,000 minimum is a single print-setup cost, not a per-SKU charge, so you can bring multiple designs into one order. As your volume grows, you move up the print stack without changing supplier, so your colour stays consistent from launch to scale.

Questions about rollstock spec, lead times, and what we can deliver.
£1,000 minimum on custom-printed rollstock. There is no plain unprinted option for this format. Every roll is specified to your FFS line. Multi-SKU pricing is available where rolls share substrate and width.
UK and EU production runs 10-15 working days from artwork approval, with delivery inside three weeks total. This is the fastest lead time across the Multiprint range.
If you have a current spec, we can provide our best match. We'll need roll width, roll diameter, copy position, repeat height, and whether the seal type is fin or lap. Tell us the product and the fill weight too. We'll match everything to your machinery spec at quote stage, and if you're using a co-packer, they can provide the spec.
Mono-PP, PP/PE blended structures, or paper, with or without barrier coatings. Tell us your product, shelf life target, and any sensitivity to light, oxygen, or moisture, and we'll recommend the right structure.
No. Rollstock is custom-printed only. Every roll is engineered to your FFS line specification. Substrate, gauge, width, roll diameter, and print registration are all matched to your machinery. If you need plain stock, stand-up and flat bottom pouches are available unprinted from £250.
In most cases, yes. Rollstock can be specified in mono-material PP for soft plastic recycling streams, or in paper structures for paper recycling streams. High-barrier laminates and add-ons can affect the recycling status, so tell us your shelf-life and recyclability priorities at quote stage and we'll spec the substrate accordingly. Substrates accommodate OPRL labelling for member brands, general recycling marks, or your own brand symbols.
Yes. The £1,000 minimum applies per order, not per SKU. Where multiple SKUs share substrate and width, they can run on the same setup and share the cost. Tell us your full SKU range at quote stage and we'll structure the pricing to fit.
